Execute on go-to-market and project financing: Explain how you’ll take your big idea and actually make it happen. We use experience, methodology, and tools based on the MBA programs of the Hong-Kong University of Science & Technology (HKUST).
Investigate your market and your partners: 3. Know your numbers: How big is the market? How big is it growing? How many competitors? We leverage on my language abilities, cultural awareness, high level of integrity to gain access to information.
